Revision Policy

We offer revision services to our clients based on the package they choose. We provide free revisions to our customers as long as the initial concept and design are not altered. These revisions are available within 48 hours from the time of the request. There is no extra charge for these revisions.

Turn Around Time

Once the design concept is approved, we do not offer refunds except when the company ends the contract for reasons unrelated to your breach of the agreement. If you require further details on how to request a refund, please consult the section provided.

Refund Policy

You have the right to request a refund when you receive the initial design concepts without limitations. However, once you approve the concept or ask for changes, our refund policy no longer applies, and we cannot process any refund requests. As a customer, you must comply with the refund policies stated below when you become our client.

  • If you ask for a refund before getting the first design draft, we will refund the full payment amount except for a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If you ask for a refund within 48 hours of placing the order, you will receive a refund of 66% of the payment made, with a 10% service and processing fee deduction.
  • If you ask for a refund between 48 and 120 hours after getting the initial design, you will receive a refund of 33% of the payment made, with a 10% service and processing fee deduction.
  • If it has been over 120 hours since you received the initial design, we will not accept any refund requests. Nevertheless, if you have any other queries or concerns regarding our services, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • If you do not take any action within 30 days after placing an order with us, you will not be eligible to request a refund. If you wish to proceed with our services after this time period, you can restore your design order, but you will need to pay a specified fee for it.
  • Once we have provided you with the final files, we do not entertain any refund requests.
  • We are not liable for any refund requests once the website development has been finished or launched on the hosting server.
  • We have a strict system in place, and all refund requests must be submitted through our support department. We have the authority to approve or deny refund requests depending on the circumstances. Nevertheless, if we find any breach of the user agreement, we can cancel the order without any further notice.
  • Our refund policy is applicable to all our custom packages, including individual packages. For instance, if you buy logo and web design services and approve the logo, but later on, decide to ask for a refund on the web design service, you can only request the refund during the initial design stage.
  • If you want to claim a refund, you need to provide a valid reason that corresponds with the initial instructions and any customer feedback provided for changes. A refund request will only be accepted if the final design does not meet the specifications outlined in the brief. Nonetheless, if you are unhappy with the design, you can request more revisions until you are entirely satisfied.
  • Our refund policy is based on the trust you put in us while placing your order. If you try to claim refunds from multiple companies for the same order, we view this as disloyal conduct. In such situations, we can deny your refund request without any further explanation.
  • We expect you to provide feedback at every stage and participate in the process to achieve the desired outcome. If you do not engage in the process or give a valid reason, we may not be able to accept your request for a refund.
  • We strive to make designs that are entirely original. But, if you observe any similarities to an existing design, please ask for revisions as it might be a coincidence. Please be aware that we are not accountable for any replicas made after the final product is delivered, and we will not reimburse or compensate for any losses incurred. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain copyrights for their designs and branding.

Make sure to fulfill the refund policy requirements before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve any concerns using the revision policy to assess if you qualify for a refund. If your request is granted, you will receive an email notification from our refund department. However, if a refund is approved, Designvzn will retain the rights to the logo, and you will not be allowed to utilize any version of the design provided by the company. Moreover, you will not have access to any of the work files, media, or color palettes provided during the service. To put it briefly, you cannot reuse or reproduce any designs produced by Designvzn. Hosting And Domain

Our website packages come with domain and hosting services at no additional cost, as applicable. Furthermore, we offer email accounts that come with 10 MB of storage per account, which can be set up using third-party email software such as Outlook or Gmail. However, if you opt not to use our hosting services, we will not provide email accounts. It is essential to note that since the domain and hosting services are offered for free, we cannot process any refund requests related to these services.

Delivery Policy

The designs we create are made available for download in the "My Account" area on the specified delivery date. Once the design is available, we send an email to notify the customer that the design can be accessed in their account. All of our policies regarding revisions and refunds are based on the delivery date and time of the order. Our typical delivery time for customized design orders is 5 to 7 days, and we send them via email. To accommodate clients with urgent needs, we offer a "Rush Delivery" service that provides initial design drafts within 48 hours. Maintenance Of Records
